The proposed budget ceiling is $48,000. No improvement has been measured. Track stockouts weekly against a two-week baseline; do not state a savings forecast as a result.

Delivery plan

Weeks 1-2: record baseline and confirm store owners. Weeks 3-6: run replenishment checks. Weeks 7-8: review stockouts and report findings.

Risks and approval

Incomplete store logs could weaken comparison. Jordan Vale will review missing entries weekly. Ask the COO and finance lead to approve the scope and budget; return with findings after the pilot.
